Call for Board Interest – Paloma Lakes Condo HOA

The Annual Meeting for Paloma Lakes Condo No. 1 Association will be held on April 30, 2026 at 6:00 PM at the Coconut Creek Recreation Center. At this meeting, the 2026–2027 Board of Directors will be elected.

We are inviting homeowners to submit their interest in serving on the Board of Directors.

Strong board participation leads to better decisions, stronger financial oversight, and a more connected community.

Why consider serving

• Help guide the annual budget and financial planning
• Support maintenance and improvement decisions
• Work with vendors and management
• Contribute to the long term direction of the community

How to submit your interest

• Submit your name to the Association by mail, email, or hand delivery
• You are encouraged to include a one page information sheet with your background and qualifications
• All information must be received no later than April 14, 2026

Submissions received by the deadline will be included with the official election materials.

• Owners in good standing
• Residents who care about the community
• Individuals willing to participate and make thoughtful decisions

No prior board experience is required. Reliability and follow through matter.
